Ron and Marge Feilmeier of Early, Iowa announce the engagement of their daughter Melissa Rae Feilmeier to Curtis Jay Osborn, son of Jack and Val Osborn and the late Lois Osborn of Walnut, Iowa.

The couple will exchange marriage vows on June 12, 2010 at Zion Lutheran Church in Atlantic, Iowa.

Melissa is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa where she was awarded a degree in Secondary History Education. She is currently employed by the Villisca Community School District as the High School Social Studies Teacher and speech coach. Melissa will be graduating from Iowa State University in the spring with her Masters Degree in Educational Administration.

Curtis is employed with Shelby County Farmers Mutual Insurance Company in Harlan, Iowa as an insurance agent, adjuster and inspector. He is also an auctioneer with Osborn Auction, LLC and is a basketball and volleyball official, baseball and softball umpire.

Annie Lucille and Tyler Richard Fisher

Annie Lucille and Tyler Richard Fisher were united in marriage Saturday, June 27,2009. The ceremony took place at St. John's Lutheran Church in Clarinda, IA with Rev. Jerome Wagoner officiating. The reception dinner and dance followed at Antique John's in Clarinda.
The bride is the daughter of Rick and Esther Carlson of Red Oak and the granddaughter of Dale and Carolyn Carlson of Red Oak and the late Stanley and Mergeline Olson of Red Oak.

The groom is the son of Jerry and Carolyn Fisher of Villisca and the grandson of Gale and Ann Fisher of Villisca and Jack and Alberta Smith of Clarinda.

Attending Annie were her sister Katie Carlson and Holly, Nicole, and BreeAnn Fisher, sisters of the groom.

Best man for Gregg Herzberg, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Chester Carlson and Josh Carlson, brothers of the bride and Tom Gourley, friend of the groom.

Annie is employed at Cass County Memorial Hospital in Atlantic as a medical transcriptionist. Tyler is employed at Precision Diesel in Red Oak.

After honeymooning in Colorado, Annie and Tyler are residing on an acreage south of Villisca.
